Trissential is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team and support strategic ServiceNow initiatives focused on workflow optimization, automation, integrations, and digital transformation. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements

Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, record producers, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices and enterprise standards
- Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and platform strategies
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment validation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and platform performance concerns
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Support deployment activities and transition completed solutions to operational support teams
- Ensure adherence to platform governance, security, compliance, and development standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
- Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations within ServiceNow environments
- Experience building scoped applications and developing complex platform workflows
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and platform architecture
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience delivering high-quality solutions in enterprise environments
Bonus Points If You Have
- ServiceNow platform certifications and advanced product specializations
- Experience supporting ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub solutions
- Experience supporting large enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Familiarity with governance, security, compliance, and risk management requirements
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, including Nexthink
- Knowledge of automation, workflow modernization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting platform upgrades, releases, and deployment strategies
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are considered a strong advantage, This position is open only to candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States.

- Competitive Compensation - $53-$63 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
