Job description

My clients needs to recruit, for an initial six month fixed term contract (you will be on their payroll) a very good 1st and 2nd Line IT Support professional who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:

M365, including Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint
MS Intune
MS Windows
Understanding of Access Control technology

Requirements

A minimum of two years IT Support experience
Strong teamwork and collaboration
Excellent user liaison skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good problem solver
To be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

The role will include

Technical support enquiries
Device configuration
Managing a M365 environment
Configuring all anti-virus software, operating systems
Hardware/software support
