IT Support Specialist - MAC whizzes needed

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative technology business as the go-to IT Support Specialist for its London office. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless IT experience, supporting employees across the UK and EMEA while working closely with a global IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving technical challenges and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, networking and AV
• Be the primary IT contact for the London office and support remote EMEA users
• Configure and support Apple devices, peripherals and collaboration tools
• Administer user accounts and enterprise platforms including Jamf, Okta and Google Workspace
• Manage hardware assets, onboarding and offboarding
• Support meeting room technology and key business events
• Drive improvements to IT processes and documentation

Please note this is a macOS-first environment, so applicants must have strong hands-on experience supporting Apple devices., * 2-4 years’ IT support experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong macOS support experience with working knowledge of Windows
• Experience with Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace or similar enterprise tools
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, LAN, DHCP and DNS
• A proactive problem solver with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of an IT environment
