An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative tech company. You’ll be at the heart of their London office, providing hands-on IT support and ensuring employees can work seamlessly every day.

This role is ideal for a proactive, personable IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges across hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide high-touch IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and A/V issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and collaboration tools
  • Manage SaaS access requests and administer core platforms, including SSO, device management, and enterprise applications
  • Document IT policies, troubleshooting guides, and user instructions to enhance self-service support
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or automation improvements
  • Contribute to IT projects from research through implementation
  • Build trust with senior and non-technical stakeholders by simplifying complex IT concepts

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of IT experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Skilled in supporting both macOS and Windows
  • Experienced with Okta and/or other enterprise SaaS tools and systems (e.g., SSO, device management, collaboration platforms)
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (WiFi, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS)
  • Analytical, resourceful, and solution-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Personable, patient, and confident in helping non-technical colleagues
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and conversations simultaneously
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of issues
