AI Platform Engineer

Invited Clubs is building an enterprise AI Factory to transform how work gets done across the organization. The AI Platform Engineer is responsible for creating the foundation that enables AI to scale by connecting enterprise systems, knowledge, data, and services to AI solutions. This role focuses on building reusable capabilities, integrations, and frameworks that allow AI Solutions Engineers and Automation Engineers to deliver value faster.

The ideal candidate is a curious builder who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, connecting systems, and making enterprise knowledge accessible through AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise AI platform capabilities and shared services

• Develop AI connectivity frameworks and reusable integrations

• Enable AI access to enterprise data, knowledge, and business systems

• Build RAG-based knowledge solutions and intelligent search experiences

• Create and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration patterns

• Ensure enterprise AI platforms are scalable, secure, and reliable

• Support multi-agent architectures and interoperability across AI systems

• Partner with business and technical teams to accelerate AI adoption

• Experience building APIs, integrations, and cloud-based applications

• Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred)

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise cloud environments

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity management (Entra ID, OAuth, SSO)

• Experience working with enterprise data sources and knowledge systems

• Familiarity with AI technologies such as RAG, vector databases, semantic search, or LLM applications

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly * Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Graph

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience

• ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle HCM, or enterprise platform integrations

• Open-source contributions or personal AI projects

• Experience building developer tools, frameworks, or reusable platforms

Knowledge of multi-agent systems and AI orchestration
