Mid-Level (3-5 years+) Cognos Business Intelligence Platform Administrator

Seeking a Business Intelligence Platform Administrator with strong IBM Cognos expertise to own, support, and modernize an enterprise reporting environment. This role combines Cognos administration, report development, and BI modernization initiatives, with exposure to Power BI and analytics transformation., * Serve as primary administrator for the IBM Cognos platform, including performance, security, user access, and operational support

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Cognos reports to support enterprise business needs
• Partner with stakeholders to assess reporting requirements, rationalize legacy reports, and prioritize consolidation and migration
• Support BI modernization and analytics platform evolution efforts
• Reduce legacy Cognos platform footprint over time
• Document reporting logic, technical designs, and migration decisions

Do you have experience in System administration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

• 3-5 years of IBM Cognos administration and support experience
• Strong Cognos report development expertise
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience supporting report modernization, migration, or analytics transformation
• Ability to balance production support with strategic BI initiatives
• Strong stakeholder communication and business analysis skills
