Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience designing, developing, administering, and supporting Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering IBM Cognos Analytics.
  • Experience with Cognos v11 upgrades and migrations.
  • Experience with system performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and environment management.
  • Knowledge of security administration, software deployments, and BI platform governance.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments within Data Warehouse and Operational Data Store ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., * Power BI Administration and/or Development experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
