• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and enhance existing computer systems.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with integrated eligibility systems and full SDLC involvement.
• Advanced proficiency in business and data analysis, including conducting JAD sessions and documenting findings.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to construct and execute complex queries and joins.
