- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
- Establish clear project goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines while balancing quality, speed, and business value.
- Develop and maintain project plans, critical path schedules, resource forecasts, executive reporting, and cross-team coordination plans.
- Execute strategic initiatives using Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, adapting delivery approaches based on project needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Solution Leads, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
- Help shape the culture, processes, and ways of working for a newly formed team, creating a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing delivery insights, strategic recommendations, and transparent communication.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, creating alignment and supporting informed decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement by helping teams mature Agile practices, strengthen delivery capabilities, and enhance customer and business value.
- Support capacity planning, forecasting, resource coordination, and roadmap execution to improve delivery predictability and effectiveness.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and enterprise planning tools to monitor delivery health, communicate progress, and promote operational transparency.
- Create an environment where teams can do their best work by fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability, and a relentless focus on delivering value.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, curiosity, and respect by valuing different perspectives and encouraging open dialogue.

If you’re a servant leader who excels at driving alignment, removing obstacles, and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you., * 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience supporting technology and digital initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, project management practices, and scaled Agile delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination across multiple teams.
- Ability to see both the big picture and the details, connecting strategic objectives to successful execution.
- Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience building effective partnerships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Confidence leading through change and ambiguity while helping teams maintain focus, momentum, and alignment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming obstacles.
- Experience using Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to influence, inspire, and align teams without direct authority.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other Agile/project management certifications.
- Experience working within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or other scaled Agile environments.
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, platforms, or experiences.
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, and business leadership teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Experience improving Agile maturity, delivery processes, and operational effectiveness within technology organizations.
This role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.
