Data Controller

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and communicating as-built documentation provided by both project organizations and management departments., * Checking as-built documentation provided by projects for completeness and compliance with the client’s guidelines. (The guidelines consist of drawing guidelines and guidelines regarding documentation metadata.)

• Include this as-built documentation in the clients document management system (Documentum/D2) so that the asset data is FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable);
• You participate in initiatives regarding digitalization of as-built documentation towards 3D/BIM;
• Accurate, structured and efficient execution of work;
• Proactively contact internal Data & Documentation Coordinators to provide information on progress or ask questions.

• MBO+ working and thinking level is required, preferably with a technical background;
• You have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of documentation management document management systems, preferably within an asset management organization;
• At least 1 to 2 years of drawing/working experience with AutoCAD software, with experience in 3D modeling in, for example, Revit (experience with AutoCAD is an absolute plus!);
• Your Office skills (especially Excel) are very good;
• You have solid experience and knowledge of high-voltage electrical installations (advantage);
• Skills: innovative, accurate, critical and consistent;
• Behavior: persistent, independent, takes initiative and is results-oriented;
• Communication: very good communication skills and you speak fluent Dutch.
