Innovation Support Analyst {170165}

• Provide day-to-day operational and project support for innovation pilots and solution deployments within Asset Protection
• Prepare and deliver weekly project progress updates
• Manage vendor quotes and support purchase order (PO) creation
• Assist with vendor scope outlines as needed
• Coordinate vendor/status meetings: build agendas , track action items , follow up on deliverables
• Support field/store communications before and after go-live; respond to field inquiries and route issues to appropriate owners
• Perform post-deployment validation , including CCTV image audits to validate image quality/solution performance

Do you have experience in Supplier management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 3-5 years of experience in project coordination / operational support

• Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams with strong organization and follow-through
• Vendor coordination experience (including meeting coordination/action item tracking)
• Experience supporting quotes/POs (or similar procurement support)
• Strong written/verbal communication (field-facing communications)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Teams also referenced)
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree or equivalent related experience required

Preferred

• Experience supporting retail operations, Asset Protection, or technology pilots
• Familiarity with vendor management / procurement processes
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) a plus
• Oracle or SQL experience is a strong plus (not required)
