IT Support Specialist {170801}

• Provide first-level technical support / basic troubleshooting during rollout activity
• Take inbound calls (and make outbound calls as needed) related to rollout issues
• Assist with IT hardware installation support and ensure project protocols are followed
• Update tracking tools, complete system checks/validations, and document accurately
• Send updates via email and work in Excel and other tools
• Manage multiple projects at once and keep work moving in a queue-based environment

Do you have experience in Project coordination?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

• 1+ year experience in at least one: help desk, technical support, call center support, dispatch/coordination, IT operations support, or similar
• Strong communication (written + verbal)
• Basic troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• Able to work onsite and reliably work the required schedule

Preferred (nice to have)

• Experience supporting IT hardware installs/rollouts (POS, printers, scanners, PCs, etc.)
• Outlook / Excel / Word comfort
