Job description

  • Anordnung und Optimierung des Prozesses zur Erstellung des IT-Portfolios von Demand Collection über Demand Priorisierung bis hin zur Portfolio- bzw. Budget-Genehmigung

  • Orchestrierung und Optimierung des Portfolio Managements und Reportings inklusive Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Optimierung des aktuellen monatlichen Portfolio-Reportings
  • Orchestrierung der IT-Projekte und Überprüfung von Meilenstein-Checklisten
  • Durchführung von Health-Checks für laufende Projekte und Coaching von Projektleitern (m/w/d)
  • Strukturierung und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen auf Senior Management Ebene
  • Stakeholder Management

Requirements

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Studiengang wie beispielsweise Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Portfolio Management IT-Bereich
  • Strukturierung und Erstellung von Projektplänen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnis in der Erstellung von Storylines und Entscheidungsvorlagen in MS PowerPoint

  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke in Verbindung mit diplomatischem Geschick

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
