Job description

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen nach standardisierten Prozessen und mit Hilfe von Hilfsdateien wie einer Lösungsdatenbank, Ticketsystem
  • Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Lösen von Tickets in der First Line unter Einhaltung von definierten Prozessen und Service Level Agreements
  • Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld
  • Monitoring, Abarbeiten und Tracking der Tickets
  • Durchführung von Passwortresets und Useradministration nach Anleitung (u. a. in Exchange, Active Directory, SAP, Softwareverteilung), * 40% Homeoffice-Remote nach Einarbeitung

Requirements

  • IT-Grundkenntnisse, IT-Affinität sowie technisches Verständnis und Systemkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im strukturierten Arbeiten nach standardisierten Prozessen (SOP) und in Ticketsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Wünschenswert: erste Erfahrungen im Office-Umfeld
  • Kein Führerschein notwendig!
  • Kein schweres Heben von PCs oder IT-Equipment!
