Job description

ServiceNow Solution Architect

Initial 6-month contract - £600 - £625 per day (inside IR35) - Occasional travel to either Leeds or London, which will be expensed. Mostly remote.

Our Public Sector client have an immediate requirement for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join on an initial 6-month basis. This role is mostly remote, other than occasional travel to their Leeds or London sites, but no specific office days are noted.

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, advise on potential solutions, refine the roadmap, and create technical strategies following best practices for the ServiceNow platform. They will also lead a team of developers and consultants in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, workflows, integrations, and customizations ensuring alignment with business & technical requirements and quality standards.

Key experience and skills required for the ServiceNow Solution Architect:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including module configuration, development, and integration.
  • Proficiency in creating workflows, Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and leveraging APIs for integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understand of ServiceNow as a platform and the product capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in participating in PI planning.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and automation capabilities within ServiceNow.
  • Certification in ServiceNow (eg, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer).
  • Understanding of AI capabilities and how these can be implemented within a public sector governance framework
  • ServiceNow CTA qualification
