Job description

  • Du erledigst Aufgaben im Support durch die übermittelnden Tickets
  • Vor-Ort Support beim Kunden
  • Bearbeitung und dokumentation mit Ticketsystem-Tools
  • Remote Unterstützung für weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland
  • H&E-Netzwerk- und Serversupport, VoIP
  • Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung an weiteren Standorten in Deutschland

Requirements

  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows 10 Clients und MS Office inklusive Exchange
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit der Konfigurationsunterstützung von Endanwendern
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich der Hardware und Peripheriegeräten (PC, Notebooks, Drucker)
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Du bist körperlich belastbar
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
  • Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
