Job description

  • Du bist vier Tage die Woche an beiden Standorten (Eberdingen-Nussdorf und Filderstadt ,je zwei Tage) für den Support beim Kunden vor Ort veranwortlich
  • Du erledigst die Clientauslieferung Dich um die Konfiguration und Installation von PCs und Workstations
  • Du kümmerst Dich um den Support an Desktops, Laptops und Druckern sowie Hand&Eye Support

Requirements

  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Windowsbetriebssystemen, Office 365, Notebooks, Desktop und Drucker Hardwarekenntnisse
  • Du besitzt schon Grundkenntnisse im Netzwerk
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
