Job description
Directs stakeholder IT planning and strategy meetings to align with organizational goals. Evaluates and assesses new IT requests to determine appropriate actions in line with strategic initiatives and policies. Researches and analyzes new technology solutions to support IT decision-making processes. Develops customer-specific IT strategies into roadmaps and work plans. Builds and maintains relationships with customers to ensure IT solutions align with business strategies. Influences discussions with senior management and IT leadership regarding technology trends and strategic planning. Educates stakeholders on planning processes to ensure compliance. Collaborates with local IT leadership to prioritize initiatives based on organizational needs, strategy, workload, and budget. Acts as a liaison between assigned areas and IT, understanding business operations and decision-making processes. Participates in planning sessions with customers to assess and validate business demands and requirements. Identifies opportunities to develop and grow the business through effective IT solutions. Collaborates with IT teams and business leaders to develop improvements that enhance IT solution delivery efficiency and quality. Other duties as assigned.
