Job description

BCIC Swiss

Best Connect International Company is looking for a motivated and reliable IT Support to join our team in Vienna, Austria.

If you enjoy solving technical issues, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced IT environment, we’d love to hear from you., Provide on-site IT support across office locations

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Support remote IT teams with physical IT tasks

Assist with office IT setup and relocation activities

Maintain support records and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

Valid Austria work permit

Experience in IT/Desktop Support

Basic knowledge of Windows and networking

Good communication and troubleshooting skills

English + local language proficiency
