Job description

Assemble electronic circuits, components, and hardware systems following established procedures and schematics
-
Perform equipment testing, calibration, alignment, and quality control checks
-
Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist in diagnosing system malfunctions
-
Support onboarding of new clients by preparing, testing, and configuring equipment
-
Verify system performance by testing installed or assembled units
-
Conduct preventive maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines for equipment care
-
Maintain accurate inventory of components, tools, and supplies; track stock levels and incoming shipments
-
Document assembly steps, test results, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure team continuity
-
Maintain electronic system and component databases, including data entry and backups
-
Assist with packing, shipping, receiving, and equipment logistics
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product improvements and operational efficiency
-
Contribute to a positive team environment by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements
-
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Technical aptitude and interest in electronics or hardware systems
-
Experience with equipment assembly, maintenance, or repair
-
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused mindset
-
Ability to follow instructions, read diagrams, and document work clearly
-
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
-
Experience with soldering, wiring, or PCB assembly
-
Basic understanding of electrical safety standard
-
Experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or hardware startup environment
-
Knowledge of inventory management systems
-
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs)
-
Valid driver’s license for occasional local deliveries or client visits
-
Background check and Drug test required
