Hardware Maintenance:

• Hardware problem diagnosis

• Replacement parts and materials are provided by Technology Engineers and/or Hardware Suppliers

• Replacement of hardware components under the direction of the CTSS team and the equipment’s supplier (as required)

Software Maintenance:

• Aid engineers in software problem diagnosis.

• Aid engineers in operating system problem diagnosis.

• Implement solutions under the guidance of the CTSS team, engineer, and the equipment’s supplier as required.

• Provide Anti-Virus Patching Services - based upon a maintenance schedule.

• Provide Operating System Debug and Patching Services -with concurrence and direction from CTSS, System LOB Owner, and Equipment Supplier.

• System Administration experience (user related tickets, group policy, active directory management)

• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware technology (computers, printers, $30/hr to $36/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
