Job description
- Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at BCN Airports.
- Responds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure the establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
- Quality issue management - coordinates the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removal of equipment.
- Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Manages technical products, services, logistics, and configurations for assigned customers.
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
- Assesses product needs according to customer specifications.
- Acts as the local on-site Collins Aerospace representative to the customer’s organization.
- Manages statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma with proven experience, or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant experience in airport managed services or within airport operators in Spain.
- Familiarity with Cisco network devices and general networking concepts.
- Experience dealing with and navigating relationships with relevant airport operators in Spain.
- Broad working knowledge of Special Airport Systems (SAS), including airport operational systems, baggage reconciliation systems, and passenger processing systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment both locally and globally.
- Strong problem-solving skills to source solutions to customer requirements or issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to travel as may be required.
