Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at BCN Airports.
Responds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure the establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
Quality issue management - coordinates the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removal of equipment.
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications.
Manages technical products, services, logistics, and configurations for assigned customers.
Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
Assesses product needs according to customer specifications.
Acts as the local on-site Collins Aerospace representative to the customer’s organization.
Manages statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.

A High School Diploma with proven experience, or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant experience in airport managed services or within airport operators in Spain.
Familiarity with Cisco network devices and general networking concepts.
Experience dealing with and navigating relationships with relevant airport operators in Spain.
Broad working knowledge of Special Airport Systems (SAS), including airport operational systems, baggage reconciliation systems, and passenger processing systems.
Proficiency in MS Office suite tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment both locally and globally.
Strong problem-solving skills to source solutions to customer requirements or issues.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Ability to travel as may be required.
