The Web Designer & Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, updating, and maintaining professional websites and digital assets that align with branding, functionality, and user experience goals., * Design and develop modern, responsive websites and landing pages

• Create visually engaging graphics, banners, and branded digital assets
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and revisions
• Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and user experience
• Update and maintain website content, graphics, and functionality
• Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot technical website issues and perform ongoing maintenance
• Implement SEO and accessibility best practices
• Manage integrations, plugins, forms, and third-party tools

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, responsive, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment., * Minimum 5+ years of professional web design and development experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing website design and development work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and modern web standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animations, motion graphics, or interactive design
