Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2+ years of experience in IT support

• Proficiency in Windows environment and O365
• Experience with ITSM ticketing tools
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working with executives and field teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications in IT-related fields
• Experience with Azure AD and InTune
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise systems
