Job description
- Provide administrative support for daily HRIS functions within the UKG system.
- Process employee transactions, including promotions, transfers, and job changes, accurately and on time.
- Respond to basic HRIS inquiries and assist employees and managers with system navigation.
- Recommend automation opportunities and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Assist with developing user guides, documentation, and training materials for Human Resources staff and employees.
- Escalate complex system issues to Human Resources leadership or technical support as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through timely regular audits and validation.
- Prepare and distribute standard Human Resources reports.
- Escalate complex reporting to Human Resources leadership for further analysis.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and IT teams.
- Track and process union progressions in accordance with established guidelines.
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and other required documentation for compliance purposes.
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Research?, * One year experience in Human Resources preferred.
- One year of HRIS analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Human Resources knowledge and technical expertise to support Human Resources Operations and business objectives.
- Experience in using any Human Resource Information Systems such as Workday, UKG PRO & Workforce Management (WFM), SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong Excel experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Proven team player.
- Ability to manage time and priorities to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to compile, research and analyze information.
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
