Job description

  • Bearbeitung inkl. Lösungsdokumentation und Kommunikation von Supportanfragen
  • Erstellung von umfassender, detaillierter Dokumentation in Englisch für die Solution Database des Service Desk
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting (ggf. Eskalation) an das Projektmanagement
  • Bei Bedarf direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit dem betroffenen Businesspartner und Remoteübernahme des PCs zur Fehlerbehebung
  • Fehleranalyse, Software-Installation, Software-Zuweisung via SCCM

Requirements

  • IT-Ausbildung oder Umschulung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Incident-Management auf Level 2 Niveau
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SCCM
  • Führerschein Klasse B
