Job description

  • Du bist zuständig fĂźr die Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden StĂśrungsmeldungen im Hardware- und Softwarebereich
  • Du kĂźmmerst dich um die Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der StĂśrungen im Ticketsystem
  • Du bietest ErstlĂśsungsansätze per remote Support und leitest nicht lĂśsbare Probleme an die nachgelagerte Supporteinheit weiter
  • Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder Berufserfahrung im Onsite-Support
  • IT-Affinität und die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen wie Windows10 oder Microsoft Office 365
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
