Job description
Insight Global is searching for a ServiceNow Application Architect for one of their large telecom customers. This person will join the infrastructure operations teams responsible for helping lead the day-to-day design and delivery of a ServiceNow implementation. This architect will translate business and operational requirements into scalable platform architecture, data models, integrations, and secure configuration standards. They work closely with stakeholders, developers, and process owners to define the target operating model, prioritize the backlog, and ensure solutions align to TM Forum frameworks (e.g., process and information model alignment) for telecom/OSS-BSS service management. On a typical day, they review requirements and user stories, guide development decisions, validate designs in workshops, and troubleshoot integration or data issues across systems (APIs, CMDB, identity, monitoring, etc.). This position is fully remote, Monday-Friday 8:00AM EST-5:00PM EST.
Requirements
Experience working as a ServiceNow Application Architect
Knowledge of the TM Framework
Experience designing and governing ServiceNow implementations, including CMDB/CSDM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs/roles, and environment strategy (dev/test/prod, upgrades)
Strong integration & data modeling skills specifically designing REST/SOAP integrations, aligning external systems to ServiceNow data models, and ensuring clean, scalable data flows across OSS/BSS and enterprise platforms
Previous telecom experience
Excellent communication skills
