Job description

This position requires an individual with a strong background in business development, staff augmentation, MSP, and relationship building. The IT Staffing Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients and MSP/VMS accounts for various types of placements including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire. Collaboration with recruiting teams to align client requirements with qualified candidates and negotiation of commercial terms will also be key aspects of this role., * Identify, prospect, build relationships, and secure new clients and MSP/VMS accounts for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.

Identify leads, qualify prospective business, create proposals, present to clients, and create new sustainable business partnerships.
Partner with recruiting teams to align client requirements with qualified candidates.
Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and rate cards while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Stay current on IT hiring trends such as cloud, AI, and software development to consult effectively with clients.

Requirements

6+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT staffing, consulting, or staff augmentation industry.
Strong understanding of staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and familiarity with platforms like Beeline or Fieldglass.
Hunter mindset, persuasive communication, contract negotiation, and strong relationship-building abilities.
