Job description

A Salesforce Project Manager in the USA leads end-to-end CRM implementations, managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams of developers and business analysts. This role requires Agile/Scrum expertise and proven CRM delivery experience.

  • Key Roles and Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire delivery lifecycle from initiation, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) through post-deployment support.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical architects, and Salesforce developers.
  • Resource Management: Assign tasks and hold team members accountable for delivering project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Risk & Scope Mitigation: Monitor project health, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and control scope creep during implementation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, * Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Over 10 years of dedicated project management experience, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar CRM environments.

  • Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks (managing backlogs and sprint cycles) and occasionally Waterfall. Certifications: required credentials include the Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Certified Consultant, PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional executive presence, conflict resolution, and the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
