Warehouse Associate - Computer Hardware (Part-Time)

Job Summary:We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our computer hardware operation. In this part-time, in-person role, you’ll inspect, clean, label, and organize individual components from desktops, laptops, and servers-such as screens, motherboards, cables, fans, processors, and more.

You’ll generate barcode labels using our inventory system, package each item using the appropriate materials (including anti-static bags for sensitive components), and place them in designated bins and shelving units., * Generate system labels that include the item number, barcode, and bin location.

• Clean and visually inspect computer components before packaging.
• Properly bag and tag computer hardware parts, including (among others):
• Laptop and desktop screens
• Motherboards
• CPUs and processors
• Cables and power adapters
• Cooling fans and other internal components
• Use anti-static bags for sensitive components and standard packaging for all other items.
• Apply system-generated labels to items and packages.
• Place items in the correct bin or shelving location based on the label
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and follow safe handling practices.

• Ability to work independently and follow labeling/packaging protocols
• Comfortable using computers to generate and print labels
• Capable of lifting heavy items and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work on-site Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Must be dependable and organized, * Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, or electronics environment
• Familiarity with anti-static handling and packaging
• Interest in or knowledge of computer hardware components
