Network Engineer Manager/Lead (Direct Hire, On-site)

• Our client is in need of a Network Engineer Lead to join their team.
• This person will be doing a blend of management (people leadership, technical guidance, etc) and working hands on in the weeds.
• They will be leading 2 other Network Engineers.
• From a technical perspective, they need someone with extensive route/switch networking experience (need to be knowledgeable about at least one routing protocol, ideally more than one), and experience with Cisco Meraki.
• Other nice to have skills include configuring access points, VPN concentrators, and firewalls.

1. Experience with enterprise route/switch networking
2. Experience with Cisco Meraki (highly preferred)
3. Management experience (required, 2+ yrs, involved with day to day management of direct reports, coaching, 1 on 1’s, and performance reviews, etc)
