IT Asset Refresh Coordinator

• Program Execution:
• Coordinate daily schedules and confirmations in ServiceNow for device replacements and OS upgrades.
• Track progress against throughput targets (120-150 users/week) and adjust cadence as needed.
• Maintain master roster of users/devices and reconcile with asset inventory.
• Deployment Logistics:
• Partner with Chantilly for imaging, staging, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure swap-out accuracy (asset tags, user sign-off, OneDrive backup, SentinelOne check).
• Support secure decommissioning and Certificate of Destruction tracking.
• Readiness & Communication:
• Validate user readiness (Intune tagging, OneDrive sync, app exceptions).
• Communicate prep requirements and upcoming appointments to users.
• Liaise with support leads for quick resolution of post-refresh issues.
• Reporting & Controls:
• Maintain dashboards for tracking completions and readiness metrics.
• Provide weekly PMO updates (Snapshot | What’s Working | Attention Areas | Status). Assist with monthly asset reconciliation and audit reporting.

• 1+ years in IT coordination, desktop deployment, or asset lifecycle management.
• ServiceNow fluency (ticketing, scheduling, asset tracking).
• Excel proficiency (filtering, pivot tables, reconciliation).
• Operational precision and structured approach under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset to work with techs and end users. Familiarity with Windows 11 upgrades and hardware refresh processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background in logistics or scheduling operations.
• ITIL Foundation or CompTIA Project+ certification.
• Experience with imaging, staging, and shipment coordination. Familiarity with Intune, OneDrive sync, and app readiness checks.
