Job description
The IT Asset Management Analyst will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including receiving, imaging, deploying, tracking, troubleshooting, and decommissioning devices. This role will handle ticket-based requests for hardware and asset changes, ensuring assets are properly tagged, documented, and auditable at all times. Day-to-day work includes maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting bulk asset updates through Excel, reconciling asset data for financial and disposal purposes, and troubleshooting failed devices prior to deployment. The role operates within largely templated and repeatable ITAM processes and requires close attention to detail, consistent documentation, and clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Hands-on IT asset and inventory management experience
-Experience imaging, building, decommissioning, and troubleshooting devices prior to deployment
-Excel skills (ability to update document on workflows: intake, bulk uploads, asset disposal, GL reconciliation)
-ServicePlus Managed Engine, ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
-High attention to detail with tagging, documentation, and audit readiness
-Reliable, process-driven, and willing to ask questions rather than make assumptions
-Professional communication skills to support requests across multiple levels of the organization -Microsoft Autopilot or other device provisioning experience
