Job description
Evanhoe is seeking an Application Systems Analyst III who is an experienced technical professional responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, integration, enhancement, and support of complex enterprise applications and business systems. This position serves as a senior subject matter expert (SME), providing technical leadership, strategic guidance, and advanced business systems analysis in support of organizational objectives. Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Lead the analysis, implementation, administration, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications.
- Serve as the senior technical lead for assigned business applications and application portfolios.
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding application modernization, optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Evaluate new technologies and software solutions to improve business operations.
- Develop long-term application roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure enterprise applications meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements.
- Lead application implementation, upgrade, migration, and modernization projects.
- Coordinate software releases, deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Oversee system integration efforts involving internal and third-party applications.
- Serve as the senior technical advisor for application architecture and support.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to Application Systems Analyst I and II personnel.
Requirements
Certifications: DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification required. Required Education: Highschool Diploma/GED Required Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or business systems management., + Experience leading enterprise application implementation and support projects.
- Extensive experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and system integration.
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience supporting Federal Government agencies, particularly DHS or USCIS.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as: ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint Online, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
