IT Support Engineer

• Provide technical support for all computer systems and software used by the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Monitor and maintain network security and ensure data protection
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
• Train employees on how to use computer systems and software
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
• Manage IT inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
• Respond to IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
