Job description

We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco networking, SolarWinds monitoring, and ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, along with strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities. This role requires a U.S. Citizen who can obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.

Requirements

1-3 years of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience.
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Experience using SolarWinds for network monitoring and alert management.
Experience with ServiceNow or another IT ticketing system.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance., * Cisco CCNA certification.
CompTIA certification (Network+, Security+, or equivalent).
Knowledge of network technologies, connectivity, routing, switching, protocols, and network security principles.
