Job description

  • Performs full range of on-site maintenance and repairs on a variety of IT equipment to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, configuration, removal and café/staff call assistance.
  • Provide technical support for Office IT infrastructure and equipment such as laptops, printers, cameras, music equipment, tablets, fax machines, IT services, telephones, routers, firewalls, Broadband communication lines, Wi-Fi access points, etc.
  • Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups.
  • Manages territory, inventory and time, along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and cost effective services.
  • Shows measurable progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and productivity.
  • Maintains and manages tool kit, supplies, and accurate inventory for territory.
  • Responsible for maintaining a “trunk stock” inventory with a value over and above $1000.
  • Accurately and timely completion of call summaries, time sheets and work logs. Provides help desk support with location’s equipment working closely with the help desk
  • Provides updates, status and completion of information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users.
  • Provide support and assistance to senior staff in all systems functions for location’s management.
  • Assist IT Manager with projects as necessary.
  • Install IT infrastructure and equipment at new locations being built and locations being remodeled, some installations may be overnight.
  • Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by Hamra Enterprises LLC.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Schedule management?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of all knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associates degree with at least 2 years of similar experience or Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field.
  • Must have a valid drivers license, company provided car.
  • Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various locations.
  • Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, construction plans and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work independently at our locations.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to report issue status to multiple levels within the organization promptly and accurately.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Must work well with fellow employees and exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
