Electronics Repair Technician - Mobile & Computer Repair

• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, gaming consoles, and other electronic devices
• Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, diagnostics, and hardware troubleshooting
• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Assist customers with protection plans, accessories, and technology solutions
• Follow manufacturer and company repair procedures
• Manage inventory, device intake, and repair documentation
• Work in a fast-paced retail and technical repair environment

Do you have experience in Retail store experience?, * Electronics repair experience strongly preferred

• Experience with mobile devices, PC repair, gaming consoles, or consumer electronics
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening

Preferred Experience

• Cell phone repair
• iPhone and Android repair
• PC building or repair
• Soldering or microsoldering experience
• Retail sales or customer service
