Job description

  1. Five or more years of hands-on IT support experience.

Requirements

  1. A strong troubleshooting background supporting Windows environments and Microsoft technologies.\n
  2. Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, hardware deployment, and desktop support.\n
  3. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, and VLANs.\n
  4. Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management solutions is preferred.\n
  5. HCSS experience is a plus but not required.\n
  6. CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.\n
  7. Construction, industrial, or field operations experience is a plus.\n
  8. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n
  9. A proven history of reliability and long-term employment.\n
  10. Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to local jobsites as needed.\n

  1. Serve as the primary IT support resource for employees at your assigned locations.\n
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and networking issues.\n
  3. Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.\n
  4. Manage devices using Microsoft Intune and mobile device management tools.\n
  5. Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, and Group Policy environments.\n
  6. Assist with local networking, including switches, wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.\n
  7. Support HCSS applications, including HeavyBid, HeavyJob, Equipment360, and related software.\n
  8. Partner with Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity teams to resolve complex issues and implement new technology.\n
  9. Lead local IT projects such as office moves, hardware refreshes, and new jobsite technology deployments.\n
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to Helpdesk Support Specialists and other IT team members as needed.\n
  11.
