Job description
This position supports a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications. The role involves coordinating application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up for various technology initiatives. The expected outcome is coordinated execution, accurate reporting, timely delivery, and the successful completion of required activities., * Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests.
- Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items.
- Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts.
- Engage with internal technology and support organizations, including Application Managers, Development Teams, Support Teams, Infrastructure Partners, Architecture Teams, Project Managers, and Risk & Compliance Teams.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Experience with technology operations or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
- Experience with project planning, documentation, and status reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
- A self-starter and quick learner who can manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
- Experience with application management.
- Background in Quality Assurance.
- Experience with risk, compliance, or governance activities.
