Summer Student Help Desk Agent - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Do you have experience in Help desk systems?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Education/Certification:

• High School diploma SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Fluent in speaking Spanish and English EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1-year experience troubleshooting electronic devices in an enterprise environment preferred
• Understanding of enterprise-level applications, especially help desk software

• Ability to translate help desk calls between Spanish and English MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Handle telephone calls in a polite and informative manner
• Knowledge of all major operating systems
• Demonstrates analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Familiar with common enterprise and end-user software including, help desk software, Skyward, Microsoft Office, Email, Google suite, and internet browsers
• Familiar with Chromebooks, iPads, and Hotspots
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, + Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong ability to multitask
• Occasional prolonged and irregular hours

• Communicate effectively in both oral and written form Physical demands/environmental factors:

• Sitting continuously
• Repetitive hand, arm or finger motions
• Reading close-up work such as typed or handwritten material
