Requirements
Do you have experience in Help desk systems?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Education/Certification:

High School diploma SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
-
Fluent in speaking Spanish and English EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1-year experience troubleshooting electronic devices in an enterprise environment preferred
- Understanding of enterprise-level applications, especially help desk software
-
Ability to translate help desk calls between Spanish and English MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Handle telephone calls in a polite and informative manner
- Knowledge of all major operating systems
- Demonstrates analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Familiar with common enterprise and end-user software including, help desk software, Skyward, Microsoft Office, Email, Google suite, and internet browsers
- Familiar with Chromebooks, iPads, and Hotspots
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, + Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Strong ability to multitask
- Occasional prolonged and irregular hours

Communicate effectively in both oral and written form Physical demands/environmental factors:
- Sitting continuously
- Repetitive hand, arm or finger motions
- Reading close-up work such as typed or handwritten material
