Requirements

  • Studium als Wirtschaftsinformatiker oder ähnliches IT-Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen Betreuung oder Beratung von SAP HR-Systemen
  • Fundiertes Wissen in den Prozessen der deutschen Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft, idealerweise arbeitsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse
  • Verständnis von Steuer, SV und Meldeverfahren in Deutschland
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
  • Wünschenswert Erfahrung in Workday und SAP Fiori und/oder SAP BTP
  • Wünschenswert Erfahrung in S/4HANA-Migrationen
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute in Englisch
