Social Media Specialist

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audiences
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers proactively
• Manage daily interactions with followers by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness of campaigns
• Maintain a keen understanding of public relations best practices to enhance brand reputation online
