Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in an educational environment. This role involves Level 1 desktop support, PC imaging and deployment, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic Microsoft 365 administration., * Image, configure, and deploy Windows PCs.

• Unpack, set up, and install computer equipment.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administrative tasks.
• Assist the IT team with device preparation and daily support activities for the upcoming school year.

• 1-3 years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience.
• Hands-on experience with PC imaging and Windows 10/11.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
