Desktop Support Specialist

• Setup and configure laptops/desktops for end users
• Hardware check, cleanliness, functioning computer, redeployment or update to decommission.
• Shipping/Receiving, managing deployments and returns of equipment
• Asset management, maintaining accurate status of equipment availability
• Troubleshooting
• Documentation, create and maintain process documentation for our Knowledge Base.
• Multitask between setup of laptops and then return of equipment on a daily basis

• 1 - 3 years of computer support experience
• ServiceNow system, nice to have
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge of computer imaging
• Windows & MAC OS
• Customer Service
