IT Assistant/Support to IT Manager

• Perform General IT desktop support and ensure user’s satisfaction
• Support, assist, install, or set up employees’ computer and mobile devices, printers
• Assist with systems administration and projects such as network/data security, backups and archiving, patching, network issues, email issues, and implementing new technologies
• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software including Printers, Copiers, Scanners, etc.
• Assist in evaluation and testing of software or hardware
• Provide application training to users
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

• 2 years of related experience - Desktop Support
• Knowledge and experience in Windows 10 & 11 Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledgeable on Google workspace
• Familiar with Windows Active Directory is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
