Application Packager

We are looking for an experienced Application Packager to manage the packaging, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring applications are delivered securely and efficiently using Microsoft endpoint management tools, Microsoft 365 technologies, and BeyondTrust solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with IT, security, and support teams to ensure a seamless end-user experience., * Create and maintain application packages for deployment through Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM.

• Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Office, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
• Work with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) to ensure applications run securely and in line with company policies.
• Troubleshoot application installation, compatibility, and deployment issues.
• Perform application updates, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Develop and maintain deployment documentation and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure applications meet compliance and security requirements.
• Automate packaging and deployment tasks using PowerShell where appropriate.
• Provide technical support for complex application-related incidents.

• Proven experience in application packaging and software deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting and deploying Microsoft 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
• Knowledge of MSI/MSIX packaging technologies.
• PowerShell Scripting skills.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
