Requirements

  • Create standardized application packages for Windows and macOS using AdminStudio, PSADT, Intune Win32 Wrapping, and Jamf

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field; or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Perform compatibility validation, lab testing, pilot deployment, and production rollout

  • Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) or application packaging tools preferred

  • Maintain centralized application catalog with version control and lifecycle tracking

  • Demonstrated experience with Windows 10/11 application lifecycle management; macOS/iOS packaging exposure desirable

  • Monitor deployment success rates, remediate failures, and provide compliance reporting

  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting

  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation during transition and steady state

  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify deployment issues and recommend solutions.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
