Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, * Have 4+ years of experience in a similar role

• Have Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Utilise Microsoft Endpoint Manager best practices across cloud + on-premises implementations
• Run effective workshops and develop solution design documents
• Analyse MEMCM/Intune implementations to identify and address areas of opportunity
• Execution of application and/or platform changes, releases, and service requests in supported environments
• Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures
• A customer focused, caring approach
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Energetic, passionate and highly motivated
• Have existing Microsoft and Azure certifications, * Application Packaging
• Intune/MEMCM
• Autopilot
• SCCM
